Description

Division of Physical Biology and Biological Physics (PBBP) of the Physical Society of Taiwan was established in 2022 with the mission to promote research and collaboration in the field of biological physics in Taiwan and internationally.

Since its founding, PBBP has organized three successful symposiums, and this year marks the 4th PBBP Symposium – Biological Physics Across Scales: From Single Molecules to Organisms. The meeting will be on Jan. 16 and 17 at the Voco hotel, Chia-yi, Taiwan.

This meeting aims to bring together researchers across the pan-Pacific regions, who work on biological physics at different length scales employing interdisciplinary approaches. This meeting will stimulate collaboration opportunities and strengthen the networking among researchers from the pan-pacific regions.

This meeting is right after the annual meeting of the Physical Society of Taiwan at the same city, Chia-yi, Taiwan. Please stay for extra 2 days for this exciting symposium. There will be self-paid excursions arranged to explore Chiayi area after the meeting and also child-care service provided at the hotel.

The meeting now is open for abstracts for the poster presentation. There will be poster awards for students and postdocs. You are welcome to give the second presentation here after TPS.
