DESCRIPTION:\nGW-CMB2026 will be held in Taiwan in 2026\, bringing togethe
r leading researchers in gravitational-wave (GW) physics\, cosmic microwav
 e background (CMB) cosmology\, and early-Universe science.The central obje
ctive of GW-CMB2026 is to strengthen the scientific bridge between the gra
vitational-wave and cosmology communities at a pivotal moment in experimen
tal progress. Ground-based GW observatories such as LIGO\, Virgo\, and KAG
RA continue to refine their sensitivity\, while next-generation detectors
are under active development. In parallel\, precision CMB observations are
entering a new era of sensitivity to primordial tensor modes and fundamen
tal physics. The workshop will focus on the following key themes:\n\nCurren
 t and next-generation gravitational-wave detectors\nSearches for the stoch
astic gravitational-wave background\nPrimordial gravitational waves and ea
rly-Universe physics\nQuantum-noise-limited interferometry and advanced ca
libration\nCMB polarization and tensor constraints\nJoint likelihood frame
works and multi-probe cosmology\nCross-correlation strategies between GW a
nd CMB datasets\n\nGW-CMB2026 is designed not only as a scientific meeting
but also as a strategic forum for future international collaboration. By
encouraging direct dialogue between GW experimentalists\, cosmologists\, a
nd theorists\, the conference aims to identify unified analysis approaches
and coordinated observational strategies for the coming decade.Taiwan hos
ts a dynamic and rapidly growing research community in gravitational-wave
and cosmology science. National Central University (NCU)\, the Academia Si
nica Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics (ASIAA)\, and the Leung Cente
r for Cosmology and Particle Astrophysics (LeCosPA) form the core foundati
on of GW–CMB research in Taiwan.NCU contributes to gravitational-wave in
strumentation and detector development\, ASIAA plays a leading role in obs
ervational cosmology and CMB experiments\, and LeCosPA provides theoretica
l expertise in early-Universe physics and fundamental cosmology. This found
ation is further strengthened by a broad network of universities and resea
rch institutes across Taiwan contributing to detector technology\, cosmolo
gical data analysis\, theoretical modeling\, and multi-messenger astrophys
ics.By hosting GW-CMB2026 in Taiwan\, we aim to strengthen international c
ollaboration and position Taiwan as a natural bridge between gravitational
-wave experimentation and cosmological exploration.\nLocal organizing comm
 ittee:\n\nYuki Inoue (Chair)\,  National Central University\nTeppei Okumu
 ra (Co-Chair)\, ASIAA \nMasashi Hazumi\, National Central University\nKei
