Saturday Excursion Options
On Saturday, October 10 (the day after the conference), we plan to offer 2–3 optional day trip excursions. These are self-paid and organized by the LOC.
Option 1: BURSTT Site Visit
Visit the Bustling Universe Radio Survey Telescope in Taiwan (BURSTT) — a cutting-edge radio telescope array for detecting fast radio bursts. Feasibility under investigation.
Option 2: Jiufen & Shifen
A scenic day trip to the historic mountain town of Jiufen and the famous Shifen Waterfall and sky lanterns — one of Taiwan's most popular tourist experiences.
