For IoP-Summer-Student-Awardees 暑期研習計畫錄取生，
As part of the program, please be informed that IoP-Summer-Student-Awardees 暑期研習計畫錄取生 would need to prepare a 10+5 mins (+5 means Q&A time) presentation before the end of summer.
The Tentative Agenda of ASIoP-SSP2022 End-of-Term Report & Presentation is as follows.

Place : Lecture Hall (QMP) and P101 (MHEP & PABS) at 1F, Inst. of Physics

08:15-08:30AM for QMP only -- Upload your materials at 1F Lecture Hall video-pc
08:30-10:15AM for QMP only -- Presentations
10:15-10:30AM ---Break
12:00-12:10PM ---Meal box (to go) will be served
13:30---13:45 for QMP, MHEP & PABS-- Upload your materials at 1F Lecture Hall (QMP), Room P101 (HEP & PABS) video-PC.
13:45---15:00 -- Presentations
15:00---15:15 -- Break
15:15---16:30 -- Presentations
16:30---16:40 -- Break & Referees/Judges' Meeting
16:40---17:00 -- Award Presentation (**) ; Closing Remarks & Group Photo
** The best presentations will be recognized with certificates and some IoP souvenirs. The referees/judges will include two representing PI/Postdoctoral from each of our three groups.
Students who successfully finish this program will also receive a detailed certificate for participation at the same time.
The event will be a month from now -- so prepare accordingly. Pls. submit your title at https://form.jotform.me/61404583056453 BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 19TH.
IoP-Summer-Student-Awardees who are unable to attend please remember send us your official note of absence BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 19TH and report (.pdf) BY SUNDAY, AUGUST 28TH.
