      本次報名限暑期實習生，共計8小時教育訓練，以觀看教學影片方式進行，請實習生自行上網報名（報名網址：https://forms.gle/SgKSXsYRw6twErbC6）。

      訓練資訊：
      1. 日期：111年7月5日(星期二)
      2. 時間：上午8:30至下午5:45
      3. 地點：本院生醫所地下一樓B1C演講廳（地圖編號2）
      4. 參訓對象：本院所有實驗室暑期實習生為主
      5. 報名方式 : 請洽詢各所中心暑期實習承辦人，或進入下列網址填寫報名資料 https://forms.gle/SgKSXsYRw6twErbC6
      6. 報名截止日期：111年6月27日（星期一）。

      注意事項：
      1. 配合防疫政策，請配帶口罩，方得進入上課地點；課程中請全程配戴口罩並保持梅花座。
      2. 教育訓練講義會於7月1日以email寄給各位，如未能收到，請連絡環安科。為響應環保，現場不提供紙本講義。
      2. 受訓者應於各課程開始20分鐘內完成簽到，未簽到、超過簽到時間及提前離場者視同未參訓，並不得補簽。
      3. 受訓者應於課程結束後參加測驗，測驗通過者才核予學習時數。本次採線上測驗，現場將提供wifi，請自行備妥具上網功能之智慧型手機/筆電/平板等裝置應考。
