The registration fees, to be settled before April 15, 2020, are:

PG2020 Summer School : 8000 TWD [tentative]

Accompanying Person: 6000 TWD pp [tentative], covering all except lunches and snacks.
The fee will cover all school expenses including souvenirs, lunches and coffee breaks, a reception and a banquet dinner, all-inclusive two day excursions. Transport for participants from the airport (code TPE) to the Academia Sinica can be arranged for groups more than five participants.
Students and Postdoc Researchers from Taiwan-based Universities and Research Institutes are encouraged to attend the Summer School, via generous support by the various domestic funding schemes. A 50% reduction is offered to the PG2020 Summer School Registration Fee (that is, at 4000 TWD).
Accompanying persons are invited to join all non-academic events of the school (dinners, excursions, transport, souvenirs) at a charge of 6000 TWD per person.

PG2020 Collaboration Meeting : 9000 TWD [tentative]

Accompanying Person: 6000 TWD pp [tentative] , covering all except lunches and snacks.
The registration fee is 8000 TWD per person. It will cover all expenses between May 28 and June 1 meeting periods, except accommodation. That includes all coffee breaks, lunches and dinners, activities at the National Center of Traditional Arts, and a full day excursion. Group transport will be arranged between AS and NCTA. Transport from the Academia Sinica to airport (TPE) can be arranged for groups more than five participants.
Accompanying persons are invited to join all non-academic events of the school (dinners, excursions, transport) at a charge of 5000 TWD per person.
Those attending the Collaboration Meeting only but not the Summer School have the option of joining the events (excursion plus evening dinner) of May 27, at an additional charge of 2000 TWD per person.
The local organizers will attend accommodation reservation for the participations making selections among the listed options. Payment would be settled between the participants and the hotels directly during their duration of stay.
Registration and fee payment will be opened in January 2020. Payment of individual fees will be made in TWD by credit card via the internet through a commercial company ( EC-Pay). Group (More than five transactions together) can be made via bank transfer to a Taiwan bank account, where the overhead fees will have to covered by the payee. Payment have to be settled before April 15, 2020.
The quoted charges are “tentative best-estimate” as of October 2019. They will be made definite when Registration and Payment are open in January 2020. Modest margins are incorporated in the estimates. Residual amount after the PG2020 events are completed will be channeled into use in future PIRE-GEMADARC events.
