Policy of PG2020 on Information Security:
- Participation contact details kept on the PG2020 database will only be used by Organizing Committee members.
- PG2020 will not record or store credit card information and will not contact participants for credit card information by phone or emails. Credit card information are needed only in online payment through a commercial company (EC-Pay).
- A list of all participants and their affiliation institutions will be shared on the website. The information will be removed 30 working days after the event.
