Transportation from HSR Nangang to Taichung

Suggested HSR schedule from Nangang to Taichung:
08:10/09:23, 08:20/09:18, 08:25/09:42, or 08:35/09:46.

10:00 Charter Bus Service (HSR Taichung Station to Howard Resort Xitou)

Charter bus Stop: HSR Taichung Station B1 (Exit 5-6)

11:30 Hotel Check in (card payment / Large luggage drop-off)

The check-in counter is in a different building from both the meeting venue (10-min. walk) and the accommodation building (5-min. walk). If you only have personal items, you may bring your luggage directly to the meeting venue. After the meeting (around 5:30 pm), IoP staff will give you your room key so you can go straight to your room.

17:30 Room Key & Meal Coupon Pickup

1. IoP staff will provide your room key and meal coupons, and will collect your room-charge invoice for reimbursement.
2. Please ask your accompanying family members to come to the meeting venue (紅樓201會議室) at 3:00 pm to receive their room key from IoP staff and proceed to the room earlier.

18:00 Buffet Dinner and Wine & Cheese

Buffet Dinner will be served from 17:00 to 19:30, followed by a Wine & Cheese Gathering from 19:30 to 20:30. A selection of alcoholic and soft drinks will be available. Accompanying family members are warmly welcome to join the event.
