Instruction for Speakers and Poster Presenters

The scientific program of the QMPS2026-EP2D includes invited oral presentations and poster exhibition sessions.

Invited Oral Presentations

  • Each presentation is allocated a total of 30 minutes, which includes 25 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for Q&A.
  • Speakers should verify that their PCs are compatible with the provided projector before their session begins.
  • A standard HDMI cord and a laser pointer will be provided for use.

Poster Exhibition Sessions

  • The poster session is designed to visually highlight selected works and promote active discussions among participants. It will be held alongside the lunch and coffee breaks.
  • Each presenter will be provided with a panel suitable for displaying an A0 size poster (90 cm (W) × 120 cm (H)) in portrait orientation. Please prepare and print your poster accordingly.
  • The poster session will be held at 13:30 ~ 15:00 on Aug. 12th (Wed) in the lobby of the conference venue. Panels will be set up before the workshop begins. Please set up your poster before the session, and enjoy your interactions with other participants during the session by your poster.
  • During the poster session, we encourage presenters to stand by their posters and interact with other participants to promote conversations.
  • Posters should remain on display after the poster session, allowing for additional exhibition and discussion opportunities during coffee and lunch breaks. Please take down your poster during the coffee break in the second-day afternoon (15:00 ~ 15:30, Aug 13th).
  • To recognize outstanding presentations, Best Presentation Awards will be given to the top 10% of poster presenters based on evaluations during the poster session. The Award is open for non-faculty presenters without PhD degree, or for postdoctoral researchers within three years of graduation. For presenters who are interested in the Award evaluation, please sign up though the information provided in the abstract acceptance letter.
