Visa-Exempt Entry

Visitor Visa for Attending Workshop
If you are not eligible for visa-exempt entry, please lodge your application with the requirements and statutory fee at our overseas missions.
Requirements about Visitor Visa:
- Invitation Letter*
- Completed & signed application form
- Two passport-size photos in color within 6 months
- Curriculum Vitae & Publication List
- Passport (original & photocopy)
- Other additional documents
*Should you need an invitation letter for the visitor visa application, please contact Dr. Yu-Chieh Wen ycwen@gate.sinica.edu.tw.
For participants with Chinese (PRC) passports
須申辦入臺許可證，並由臺灣會議主辦單位代為申請。為利申辦作業，請以電子郵件寄送至會議主席溫昱傑博士(ycwen@gate.sinica.edu.tw)，信件主旨請註明「申辦TOTS2024入臺許可證」。
