- May 17th - Confirming the Acceptance List for Admitted Students ( the Waitlist Will Be Provided )
- May 20th - Email thanks letter to "Unsuccessful Applicant"
**Addition - May 24th - Final Confirmation: 1) List of SSP Internship Students, 2) Source of Funds, 3) List of Lab Summer Interns participate in SSP activities ( for group secretary )
- 4月19日至5月2日 - PI評核
- 5月3日至5月7日 - 主管評核
- 5月8日 - 公布錄取學生名單
- 5月17日 - 確認錄取學生實習名單（將提供候補名單）
- 5月20日 - Email感謝申請函給未錄取學生
**新增 - 5月24日 - 最終確認：1）SSP實習名單，2）經費來源，3）參與SSP活動的個別實驗室研習生名單（適用於組秘書）
