Dear Summer Student,
Regarding the orientation for our Summer Student Event, please note the following details:
Date: July 5th (Wednesday)
Check-in Time: 13:00 – 13:20 @IoP 1F Lobby
Please arrive on time to show respect to the speakers.
The orientation event is divided into three parts:
13:20 - 15:20 Introduction of IoP and Safety Training
15:30 - 17:10 Lab Tour
17:10 - END Dinner and Discussions
*The lab tour consists of 8 sessions, divided into 3 sections, with each session lasting 30 minutes.
*Due to limited quota, please select 1-3 labs of your choice. participation will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
*There will also be optional morning lecture activities on that day. If you are interested in attending the morning lectures, prior approval from your supervisor is required for attending this event.

有關暑期研習計畫7月5日（週三）迎新活動於13:00一樓大廳報到，13:20開始進行迎新活動，尊重講者請勿遲到。
迎新活動分為三部分：
13:20 – 15:20 物理所簡介與安全講習
15:30 – 17:10 實驗室參觀
17:10 – END 晚餐與討論
*實驗室參觀，共計有8個場次，分為3個時段，每時段30分鐘。
*因各場次名額有限，請你填寫表單勾選想要參觀的實驗室，可選擇1～3場次，請儘早完成表單以確保你能選擇到想要參觀的實驗室。
*當日另有上午講座活動，可自由參加（非必修）。為避免與指導老師安排有衝突，如有興趣參加上午講座，請務必先與你的指導老師確認是否同意你參加。
