- Each presenter (group) consists of 1-2 students, and the presentation will take place in the 1F lobby/corridor from August 28 (Monday) to August 31 (Thursday) in the form of a poster exhibition. On August 30 (Wednesday), the presentations will be evaluated through verbal explanations and Q&A sessions.
- The registration deadline is August 7 (Monday). Please complete the registration form for the presenter (group) and your presentation topics. If the presentation topic has not been finalized yet, we will use the title of the introductory video as the final confirmation.
- The deadline for uploading the video file and poster (PDF file) is August 24 (Thursday). Please record a 5-7 minute summary of your research finding, and there are no restrictions on the presentation format. Feel free to showcase your research in a way that best suits the topic. This video will be used by the referees and researchers at the IoP for evaluation purposes.
Before uploading the video, please take note:
◆The duration of the video is 5-7 minutes, and there are no specific format requirements. The file name should be in the format of [Name-Supervisor-Presentation Topic].
◆Please include the information of [Name-Presentation Topic] in the video.
◆File Format: The video-MP4 / The poster-PDF. - Awards: We encourage summer students to present your research findings in poster exhibition. The presentations will be evaluated by a panel of referees, and outstanding report awards will be selected. Additionally, researchers from the IoP will vote for the popular report award to acknowledge presentations that receive positive feedback during the poster exhibition period.
- Arrangement for Poster Exhibition:
◆ On August 28, the announcement for accessing the research summary videos will be made.
◆ Please have your research posters mounted on the display boards by 10:00 AM on August 28. The assigned poster boards will be marked with group numbers on-site.
◆ On August 30, the summer research participants will present your research through verbal explanations or Q&A sessions.
◆ On August 31, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, please remove your research posters from the display boards. For any posters not taken down, they will be placed at the counter for retrieval until September 5. Posters left beyond this date will be handled accordingly.
- 每組由1-2人組成，於8月28日（周一）至8月31日（週四）在1樓大廳/長廊以壁報展方式進行發表。8月30日（週三）將以現場陳述說明或問答（QA）方式進行審查研究成果。
- 登記截止日期為8月7日（週一）。請在此之前完成登記發表者（小組）和發表題目的表單。若尚未確定發表題目，我們將依據成果簡介影片題目作為最終確認。
- 影片MP4檔及海報PDF檔上傳截止日期為8月24日（週四）。請錄製5-7分鐘的研習成果影片，內容呈現形式不受限制，請以適合題目的形式盡情發揮。此影片將提供評審人員以及物理所研究人員做為審查評分內容。
上傳研究成果影片前請務必留意
◆影片5-7分鐘為限，內容形式不限，檔名為【姓名-指導老師-發表題目】。
◆影片中請列出【姓名-發表題目】的資訊。
◆檔案格式: 影片-MP4 / 海報-PDF。 - 獎項
鼓勵暑期研習生將研究成果進行壁報展出，並將以評審團的方式進行審查，選出優良報告獎。同時，由物理所研究人員進行投票選出人氣獎，以表彰在壁報展出期間受到歡迎的報告。 - 壁報展場地布置

8月28日上午10:00前，請將成果壁報上架（壁報架分配將在現場標示組別號碼）。
8月30日，暑期研習生現場以陳述說明或問答（QA）方式進行審查。
8月31日下午14:00-15:00，請將成果壁報下架（未下架者，其壁報將放在櫃台，請於9月5日前領取，逾時將回收處理）。
