Q1. What size should the poster be? Do I need to print it out?

 Answer: 

 1.The recommended size for the poster is vertical, 104 cm * 76 cm (B1 specification, fully opened), you can refer to the wall poster display on the 1st floor corridor.
 2.The poster should ideally be one sheet, and please print it out on your own.
 3.Please make sure to upload the PDF file of the poster along with the 5-7 minutes presentation video of your research to the following link: https://synocloud.phys.sinica.edu.tw/sharing/AlCJhi3Gv (Password: ILoveIoP )

Q1. 海報的尺寸應該是多少?需要輸出列印嗎?

 回覆:

 1. 建議壁報的尺寸為直式,104公分*76公分(B1規格,全開),可參考1樓長廊的牆面壁報設置。
 2. 壁報原則上為一張,請自行輸出列印。
 3. 請注意將壁報的PDF檔與5-7分鐘研習成果影片一併上傳至以下連結: https://synocloud.phys.sinica.edu.tw/sharing/AlCJhi3Gv (Password: ILoveIoP )。

 

Q2. If you are unable to participate in the final presentation poster exhibition on August 30, how can you complete your research report?

Answer: 

 1.Prior approval from your supervisor is required (please forward the email with your supervisor's approval to Ms. Lin, Ju-Lien).
 2.Before August 7, register and select "unable to Attending Final Presentation & Poster Exhibition on August 30th?" on the registration form.
 3.Before August 24, upload the 5-7 minute research presentation video(MP4 format) and the report in PDF format. Upload link
 4.On August 28, have your research posters mounted on the display boards and hand over the end of term report.
  -The end of term report must be reviewed and approved by your supervisor, and you should forward the email confirming the approval to Ms. Lin, Ju-Lien. 
  -If you cannot setup the poster and hand over the end of term report on August 28, please hand over both to Ms. Lin, Ju-Lien (6F / Room: P616) before August 28.

Q2. 若無法參加8/30期末發表壁報展,如何完成成果報告?

 回覆:

 1. 先取得指導老師同意(請將老師同意之電子郵件轉寄給承辦人)
 2. 8/7前至登記表單登記並勾選無法參加8/30期末發表壁報展
 3. 8/24前繳交5-7分鐘研究成果影片以及海報PDF檔 上傳連結
 4. 8/28上架成果海報+書面報告
   - 書面報告必須先交給指導老師審閱通過,並將審閱通過之電子郵件轉寄給承辦人
   - 若8/28當日無法上架海報+繳交書面報告,請於8/28前將海報及書面報告繳交給承辦人 (6F / Room: P616)
